Ideas for post-closinG:

  • Create a "Congratulations" post on your social media.

​

  • Scan all closing documents and send them to your Dotloop, Transaction Desk, or put them in whatever filing system you use.

​

  • Immediately make a copy of the settlement statement, and then place it in a pre-addressed envelope in a safe place in your office. In January, take all of these envelopes (maybe add a newsletter then, or a reminder about homestead exemption deadlines for buyers) and send to everyone you worked with so they have the info handy for tax time.

​

  • Mark your calendar for follow up 1 week, 1 month, and 1 year out from the sale.

​

  • Ask for a review on Zillow, Facebook, etc. 

​

  • Claim the sale on Zillow.

​
